DISASTER MEDICINE TRAINING

Ovaj kurs će se fokusirati na prehospitalni i hospitalni način zbrinjavanja u slučaju katastrofa. Sveobuhvatan program kursa je dizajniran da mlade zdravstvene radnike nauči osnovnim veštinama i znanjem da efikasno odgovore na nesreće sa velikim bojem povređenih. Kroz spoj kratkih teorijskih predavanja i praktičnih simulacija, u rasponu od virtuelne stvarnosti do vežbi punog obima, steći ćete veštinu u proceni, određivanju prioriteta i pružanju hitnih medicinskih intervencija kroz inventivne i inspirativne scenarije.

Već 60 godina učimo tehnike reanimacije praktikujući veštačko disanje na lutki  — nazvanoj Resusci Annie — pritiskajući joj grudni koš i udišući vazduh u njena plastična usta. Lice te lutke, ispostavilo se, nije izmišljeno. Zasnovana je na licu tinejdžerke pronađene mrtve u reci Seni u Parizu krajem 19. veka čije telo nikada nije identifikovano ali čija je lice uhvaćeno u kalupu, odnosno „maska smrti“.
